The Lawn Butcher Cream Ale / 5% ABV
An incredibly slayable “lawnmower-style” cream ale brewed with Bloody Butcher corn grits from Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown, PA. We put the corn grits through what’s called a cereal mashing process, which gelatinizes the starches which can then be turned into fermentable sugars for the cold-fermenting yeast to feed on. After the science happened, we let the Butcher chill and smooth out before packaging.


Blithering Idiot / 11.1% ABV
Intense malty notes of date & fig with a warm & amp; fruity finish

Merry Monks / 9.3% ABV
Belgian Triple, packed with notes of spice, banana & pear

QUAD / 11.9%
Big and delicious, QUAD is an elegant dark ale. Rich with complexity and flavor, try savoring it with a fine dinner. You also might enjoy it as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a dessert, but QUAD stands alone quite well.

Tiny / 11.8% ABV
This smooth beer has big chocolate & roasted notes, balanced with the Belgian flavors


Blasphemy / 11.8% ABV
QUAD aged in bourbon barrels which gives it gentle vanilla notes that complement rather than supersede the complex qualities that already make QUAD such an incredible beer.

Debockery / 9.25% ABV
Debockery is a Doppelbock aged for 6 months in bourbon barrels that had previously aged our Sunday Morning Stout. This brew has big notes of dark stone fruit, baker’s chocolate, toasted malt, and oak tannin.

Insanity / 13.3% ABV
Made by aging our Blithering Idiot Barleywine Ale in whiskey barrels. The barrel aging imparts an additional level of complexity to an already intense malt profile by adding a combination of vanilla, oak, and whiskey notes.

Very Merry Prophecy / 10.3% ABV
Merry Monks Belgian-style Tripel, aged in bourbon barrels for months on a variety of sweet citrus peels and grains of paradise. 10.3% ABV


24rd Anniversary / 9% ABV
Crisp & bold Mexican lager w/ notes of flaked maize & lime peel


American IPA / 6.5% ABV
American IPA brewed with wheat malt, Sultana hops, and fermented with American Ale yeast.

Belgian Blonde / 6.7% ABV
Simple yet expressive, this Belgian Blonde showcases our house Belgian yeast strain with a balanced grain bill of pale malted barley and white wheat.

DDH Simcoe Mango / 8.3% ABV
DDH Simcoe Mango Double IPA is double dry-hopped with Simcoe and blasted with 3 lbs of mango puree per barrel, in the fermentor. You’ll find notes of mango, candied pineapple, and pine resin.

Gam-Gams Coffee Double IPA / 8.3% ABV
Derived from our Plant Engineer’s homebrew recipe, which is brewed with coffee beans roasted by our friends at Homestead Coffee Roasters. Gam-Gam’s Coffee Double IPA bolsters a malt backbone of European, rye, and honey malts, along with classic American hop varieties, Cascade and Warrior. RIP Cloris Leachman

Gingersnap Brown Ale / 6.5% ABV
Gingersnap Brown Ale was collaborated upon by our most veteran employee, Geoff, and our newest brewer, Blake. Formulated for the winter months, this brew showcases biscuit malt, rye, and roasted barley, along with literal pounds of gingersnap cookies in the mash.

Hoppy Belgian Ale / 5% ABV
Hoppy Belgian Ale is a simple malt base of American 2-row, biscuit, and crystal malts, fermented with our house Belgian yeast strain, then dry-hopped with New Zealand Wakatu hops, which impart floral notes and hints of lime zest.

Irish Extra Stout / 5.4% ABV
Irish Extra Stout is historically a “stronger” version of the more traditional dry and sweet stouts and exported to more tropical climates. We kept this one smooth and balanced, with no one desirable component more pronounced than another.

Little Monster / 4.5% ABV
A balance of roasted barley, white wheat, biscuit & chocolate malts & cooler fermentation temps to achieve an incredibly drinkable yet bold little stout

Pilsner / 4.2% ABV
Our Pilsner is exactly what it should be, a crisp and refreshing beer brewed with 100% pale malt, lightly kettle-hopped, and cold conditioned. Crush responsibly.

Pils Boi / 4.2% ABV
A German-style Pilsner, brewed with 100% Pilsen malt and a touch of Loral Hops. Keep it crispy.

Russian Imperial Stout / 7.5% ABV
Forged in the idolization of a well-known Heathen, this small batch of Russian Imperial Stout hits big yet smoothly. Black barley, chocolate malt, and clean fermenting yeast give this Stout plenty of bold and balanced roast character.

Shulter Bier / 4.4% ABV
In preparation for Fall and saying goodbye to one Hellish Summer, we give you our Vianna Lager: Schulter Bier. As always, this little Austrian lager is packed with subtle nuances and crafted for maximum drinkability.
