Inspired by the classic Old Fashioned cocktail, this Insanity is aged in holiday appropriate Wild Turkey Barrels, with a spice combination reminiscent of Angostura bitters, cherry, and Orange Peel.
QUAD / 11.9%
Big and delicious, QUAD is an elegant dark ale. Rich with complexity and flavor, try savoring it with a fine dinner. You also might enjoy it as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a dessert, but QUAD stands alone quite well.
We recommend enjoying QUAD in a brandy snifter or wine glass so you can drink in the aroma of this fine ale.
Imperial Pumpkin Ale / 8% ABV
The King of Pumpkins is back! This 8.0% ABV pumpkin ale is heartier, spicier and more “caramelly” and “pumpkiny” than its faint brethren!
We've added lots of pumpkin along with cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of cardamom and clove, giving this beer a spicy, full-bodied flavor.
23rd, Golden Stout / 11.1% ABV
Brewed with cascara, coffee beans and cacao nibs. Roasty, chocolatey qualities that a stout would have along with hints of dark fruit and tobacco
24rd Anniversary / 9% ABV
Crisp & bold Mexican lager w/ notes of flaked maize & lime peel
Sexy MotherPucker / 7.9% ABV
Amber hued, tangy & dry on the palate, this tart beer nicely balances sour & malt

Pilot System Selections
Cherrywood / 5.4% ABV
Cherrywood Smoked Ale was brewed with a delightfully aromatic malt that was smoked with cherry wood, along with copious amounts of Munich and Vienna malts. Fermented with a clean American Ale yeast and cold conditioned yielded a smooth and nuanced smoked beer.
Real Nice & Good / 7.3% ABV
Real Nice & Good is a Rye IPA brewed with rye malt, Chinook and Mosaic hops. Smooth yet bold; hints of candied stone fruit and pine resin balance the slight spiciness of the rye.
Strawberry Mosaic / 7.3% ABV
Strawberry Mosaic is a crisp American Wheat Ale brewed with strawberries and dusted with Mosaic hops in the whirlpool. Notes of strawberry jam mingled with a slight hoppiness.
Bruin / 5.5% ABV
A Belgian Brown Ale brewed with a modest malt-bill of dark specialty malts and fermented on the cool-side with our house Belgian yeast. Subtle complexities are more apparent when the brew warms up to around 45°F, so take your time sipping this one.
DDH Simcoe Mango / 8.3% ABV
DDH Simcoe Mango Double IPA is double dry-hopped with Simcoe and blasted with 3 lbs of mango puree per barrel, in the fermentor. You’ll find notes of mango, candied pineapple, and pine resin.
Goodbye Julius / 6.9% ABV
As a bittersweet goodbye from our multi-talented Brewer, Dani, she cooked up one last brew on our Pilot System.
Goodbye Julius is an approachable hoppy Amber Ale brewed with Munich and Crystal malts, hopped with Simcoe in the whirlpool, then fermented with our American Ale yeast strain.
Imperial Pumpkin Latte / 7.25% ABV
A fluffed-up version of our infamous Imperial Pumpkin Ale. With the addition of cold brew from local coffee roaster, Monocacy Coffee Co., and a bit of milk sugar for some sweetness and body. Also available on nitro.
Little Monster / 4.5% ABV
A balance of roasted barley, white wheat, biscuit & chocolate malts & cooler fermentation temps to achieve an incredibly drinkable yet bold little stout
Mex Hot Choc / 8.8% ABV
Mex Hot Choc is an Imperial Milk Stout, brewed with chocolate malt, chocolate wheat, cocoa powder, milk sugar, chili's, cinnamon and clove. Big notes of unsweetened bakers chocolate, burnt caramel, and warm spice makes this beer more than just a sugar bomb.
Pils Boi / 4.2% ABV
A German-style Pilsner, brewed with 100% Pilsen malt and a touch of Loral Hops. Keep it crispy.
Schulter Bier / 5.3% ABV
Austrian lager with subtle nuances & crafted for maximum drinkability
