Head brewer Chris Wilson: ”August is also going to bring our next Brewer’s Select Beer, Romeo. We’re going to go Belgian with this one. It has not been bottled at the time I’m writing this, but I can tell that it will be an ~8.5% Belgian Red Ale. We are looking at around 35 IBUs and a nice dose of Hallertuaer and Saaz in the finish.”

Hi Dan! Would have been awesome. We talked about brewing both but there just wasn’t time or room in the brewing schedule.
Just had my first taste of Romeo at Porters Pub tonight. Excellent brew. I love the flavor. Malty and rich.

Just had Romeo for the first time this weekend at Black and Blue. Wonder how I missed it earlier. I guess I’m not going to find it in a bottle anywhere at this point, am I?
