This is an incredibly intriguing ale is made by aging our Old Heathen Imperial Stout in oak barrels that were used for making fine Kentucky bourbon!
Insanity is made by aging our perfectly balanced Blithering Idiot Barleywine in oak bourbon casks. This incredible combination creates a mélange of flavors from rich malts, raisins, and dates to oak, vanilla, and bourbon.
Big and delicious, QUAD is an elegant dark ale. Rich with complexity and flavor, try savoring it with a fine dinner. You also might enjoy it as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a dessert, but QUAD stands alone quite well. We recommend enjoying QUAD in a brandy snifter or wineglass so you can drink in the aroma of this fine ale.
Winner of a Silver Medal in the 1998 World Beer Championships, Weyerbacher Winter Ale is brewed with deep-roasted chocolate malt.
Like a pyramid for a pharaoh, we set out to make a bold monument for The King of the Pumpkins! This 8.0% ABV pumpkin ale is the mother of all pumpkin ales. It is heartier, spicier, and more “caramelly” and “pumpkiny” than its faint brethren!
Weyerbacher AutumnFest ( ABV 5.4%) is generally available in stores August through November. Pick up a case to celebrate the change of seasons.
2011 bore witness that beer miracles actually can happen: Blasphemy has returned! This ‘refreshed’ version is actually fully bottle conditioned and available only in a 750 ml cork and cage package. Click the title above to read more…

I’m waiting for you guys to make a Coffee Imperial Stout.
How about November, a coffee infused brown ale? Delicious! CW
i agree, blasphemy was a great beer
how come my question about a brewpub or restaurant keeps getting deleted?
Sorry Brian if you are having trouble. We have not deleted any messages about a pub from anyone, so it must be a glitch of some kind. Anyway, I’ll guess your question is, do you have a pub? The answer is no. At the moment we do not have a pub. We do have a tasting room at our Visitors Center where you can try all of our beers that we have available. After you are done, try Porters or Pearly Bakers downtown for grub and more Weyerbacher. Cheers, CW
PS. We are planning a cafe (pints and snacks) in the future, but we are early in the planning stages.
Imperial Pumpkin Ale….delicious!!!
Perhaps the finest example of American craft brewing refinement of classic barleywine by aging in bourbon casks.
I can’t seem to find Heresy anymore. It’s been several years since I have seen it in my state of NC. What’s up wid dat?
We ship it out each February so I dunno if you are in hibernation at that time… but place an order for it in January at your favorite retailer and have them order it from Freedom Beverage. Cheers!
Love from The Pour Report. Cheers!
Any more Fireside?
No, sorry. Fireside is retired. We sold through our inventory in early 2012.
AutumnFest and Imperial Pumpkin are two of the best I’ve ever tasted, and I’ve been drinking beer for over 40 years!
Cheers, Andrew!
Please bring back Fireside, it was amazing and I dont know of any other beer that even comes close to it’s unique flavor.
It’s not coming back… sorry! If we do a similar style, though, it’ll be in the next Brewers’ Select Series which will begin after the completion of the NATO alphabet series which we’re about to conclude with the release of Zulu – a bear that is most certainly UN-like Fireside (formerly Charlie).
Riserva is such a wonderful sour! I’ve tried a couple 2012′s and just found a spot with plenty of 2011 for sale still. Cheers, and thank you!
Thanks, Andrew! Care to share where the beers have been spotted?
