The Brewers’ Select beers are a series of Weyerbacher one-off and experimental brews to encourage creativity and collaboration between all of our brewers.
The first series followed the NATO phonetic alphabet so we didn’t have to think of special names and so that (for the most part), the title does not dictate the beer. Series two will begin in early 2013 utilizing the names of constellations!
We release one new Brewers’ Select beer every few months in very limited quantities which go into the market draft only and are only available in the Visitors Center in 12oz bottles and occasionally in growlers. These beers are usually once and done then gone forever so be sure to get out and have some while they last!
These experimental and one-off Brewers’ Select beers serve as pilots for new beers and new techniques which may eventually lead to new beers we have yet to create so, as with all of our beers, we encourage and welcome your feedback!
Enjoy!

I was an rto in nam for 3 months before I got to walk point. Is it a coincidence that the name of your brewer select beers are the same as the military alphabet ?
Not a coincidence at all. It is indeed the NATO phonetic alphabet. We use it so we do not have to think of names.
When will the Riserva be ready?
Lima was great. Are you ever going to make it again?
Was at the brewery tonight for November, and WOW!! I am an avid Hop Head but also have a thing for coffee. Though not hoppy at all, I think this may be my favorite Brew of ALL TIME!! Light and bold at the same time. As well as a great quality coffee flavor. Where did you get the local coffee from?? I would like to know because before work I cannot suck down a November(alcohol and work don’t mix, unless you work for a brewery) but could get that quality of coffee that you put in it.
Check out the story I put up about November for ll the details you need. CW
